Insight in your shipments 24/7

Our e-service enables you to get real-time information about the status of your shipments, 24 hours a day. All data is available online in our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) whenever you desire. You can see the open and completed orders, the stock status, orders arranged per day or week, and the lines per order (different ordered products). There are also direct interfaces with all parcel carriers, so your customer can always find the latest status online, using Track & Trace.

Countless delivery options and problem-free returns

Veenstra|Fritom uses PAAZL via WICS. PAAZL is an e-commerce solution that makes it possible to choose from a wide range of delivery options. As a result, we link to all renowned parcel carriers, making delivery to all pick-up points possible.

Orders sent via PAAZL automatically get a return label. Giving you an optimal insight in return flows. Veenstra|Fritom takes care of all returns problem-free using the RMA-module (Return Merchandise Authorisation) in its WMS.

Up-to-date information about chain results, supply and delivery performance

Thanks to the WMS, you can always check the status of e.g. the total number of (open) orders by day or week, stock status and the lines per order. Running out of stock at one of the locations? Not a problem! Thanks to the built-in storage control of the WMS we can switch quickly to another storage location. Great added value if you have stock in shops as well as warehouses for instance.
